Most authentication products are invisible when they work — but catastrophic when they fail.

What genuinely interests me about Prelude is that you're taking a problem most companies still see as a commodity and turning it into a real performance layer. Optimizing OTP delivery, onboarding conversion, routing logic, anti-fraud signals — that's much closer to infrastructure and growth engineering than traditional "messaging".

I also like that Prelude feels opinionated. The company doesn't sound like it's trying to become another generic SaaS platform with 40 disconnected features. There's a clear technical problem, real operational complexity behind it, and a strong product vision around trust and onboarding performance.

From my side, I enjoy environments where sales is not just about following a playbook, but about helping shape the GTM motion early. Building outbound systems, figuring out how to approach technical buyers, refining messaging from real conversations — that's the part of sales I enjoy most.

And honestly, I'd much rather sell a product solving a painful infrastructure problem than something people buy only because it's trendy.
